Early Years Practitioner – Full-time or Part-time | Term-time or All-year Round | Edgbaston, Birmingham

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving and well-established private nursery located near Edgbaston, Birmingham. We are currently recruiting for two experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3 or above) to join this exceptional EYFS setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment that prides itself on equipping children with the essential skills they need to flourish in the next stages of their education.

About the Role:

• Start date: September 2025
• Hours: Flexible between 7:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Contract options: Full-time or part-time, term-time only or all-year round – we’ll work with you to find the best fit
• Location: Edgbaston, easily accessible from surrounding Birmingham areas including city centre

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking passionate and proactive individuals who:

• Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Have strong knowledge and experience of the EYFS framework
• Are confident, engaging and able to build warm and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Can take initiative and contribute positively to a well-established team
• Are committed to delivering high standards of care and learning for all children

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
