Zest education are working with a nursery who is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join the nurturing and forward-thinking school community from September. About the Role:
Zest are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can deliver outstanding early years provision, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in our youngest pupils. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports the individual needs of each child.

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and use this to inform planning.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school.

  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education and Childcare.

  • A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years teaching.

  • A kind, patient, and proactive attitude.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • A team player who is committed to ongoing professional development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
