Zest education are working with a well-established nursery in Tyseley who is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join our dedicated team from October.
This is a permanent position, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours, depending on the successful candidate’s availability.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.
Observe, assess, and support the individual learning needs of children.
Work collaboratively with a friendly and supportive team.
Develop strong relationships with parents and carers to support every child’s learning journey.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Has sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
Is committed to providing high-quality care and education.
Demonstrates warmth, patience, and a positive attitude.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
