Zest Education is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Smethwick. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils with their learning, both in groups and one-to-one.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and passionate about helping children succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide learning support to pupils in and out of the classroom.
Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Support children with additional needs through tailored interventions.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working across the primary phase.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
