We’re currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants on behalf of several welcoming and well-regarded primary schools in the Kensington and Chelsea area. These roles are ideal for recent graduates and individuals who are planning to apply for a PGCE or teacher training course, and want to gain practical experience in the classroom beforehand.
About the role:
Perfect for recent graduates and aspiring teachers looking to build school-based experience
A valuable stepping stone before starting a PGCE or other teacher training routes
Flexible working options: day-to-day supply, short-term bookings, or long-term placements
Work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 depending on your interests and experience
Assist teachers with classroom activities, behaviour management, and group support
Opportunities to provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
Build your confidence and understanding of the classroom environment
Immediate start dates available

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
