Job Description

Part-Time PPA Teacher (1 Day per Week)
Location: Bromsgrove
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Start
Contract: 0.2 (1 day per week) | Ongoing

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded primary school in South Birmingham to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to work one day per week on a part-time basis.

This role is perfect for a qualified teacher looking for a flexible working arrangement while continuing to make a real difference in the classroom. You will be covering classes across the school, delivering pre-planned lessons and bringing energy, creativity, and a love for learning to a diverse range of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching across a variety of year groups as part of PPA cover.

  • Deliver a fun, engaging, and inclusive curriculum that motivates and inspires pupils.

  • Support the school’s values of inclusion, creativity, and care.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure continuity and progression.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
