Full-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Long-Term Role
Are you a passionate and dedicated NVQ Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, full-time position in Early Years? A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a welcoming and supportive primary school in the South Birmingham area for a committed TA to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team.
Position Details:
Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Start Date: After October half term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm (Term Time Only)
Contract: Long-term placement, continuing through to the end of the academic year
The school is seeking a compassionate and hard-working individual who can bring energy, warmth, and a nurturing approach to their Early Years setting. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team of educators who are committed to giving every child the best possible start in their learning journey.
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
Proven experience working within an EYFS setting
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
A caring, proactive, and reliable approach to supporting young learners
A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
