Part-Time Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Tamworth

Job Description

Zest Education is working in partnership with a well-established pre-school setting in Tamworth to recruit a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, and is due to start as soon as possible.

3 Days per Week | Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

You will join a supportive and friendly team in a pre-school environment, helping to provide a warm, stimulating, and safe space for children to grow and learn. Your role will involve supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and contributing to the daily running of the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care

  • Plan and implement fun and engaging activities in line with the EYFS

  • Observe and record children’s progress

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents

  • Ensure the welfare and safety of all children at all times

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)

  • Experience working in a nursery or pre-school setting

  • Good understanding of child development and EYFS framework

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
