Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a school in Kingstanding.

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to make a positive difference in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Work with small groups and individual pupils

• Help prepare classroom resources and activities

• Encourage positive learning and behaviour

• Work collaboratively with staff and families

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a primary school

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A caring and patient approach

• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s education

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
