Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Nurse to join a friendly and nurturing primary school in Wolverhampton. This full-time role offers the chance to be part of a dedicated Early Years team committed to providing the very best start in life for every child.
The school has a welcoming and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. The ideal candidate will have a creative, caring approach and a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Work closely with teachers and Early Years practitioners to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Observe and record children’s development, contributing to progress reports and planning.
Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence through positive engagement.
Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs are always met.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on progress and achievements.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Previous experience working with children aged 3–5 in a nursery or school setting.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping children flourish in a safe and engaging learning environment.
