Zest Education are recruiting an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Sutton Coldfield.
You will work closely with a child who requires extra support to ensure they can fully access the curriculum and enjoy a positive school experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 learning support in class and during group activities
Encourage the child’s confidence and social development
Liaise with parents and staff regarding progress and strategies
Help manage behaviour positively and effectively
Requirements:
Previous 1:1 or SEND support experience in a primary setting
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
Patient, understanding, and adaptable approach
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
