Zest Education is recruiting Early Years Level 3 qualified staff to work on a day-to-day basis at primary and nursery schools in Cannock. This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is perfect for an experienced teaching assistant who wants to make a real difference in supportive and nurturing school environments.
Support teachers in delivering engaging Early Years lessons
Provide 1:1 and small group support as a teaching assistant
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Promote positive learning and social development in Early Years pupils
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a teaching assistant in a primary or nursery setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s learning
