SEN Teacher (Primary) – Solihull

Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced SEN Teacher (Primary) for a school based in Solihull, starting April 2026
This Primary School is a four-form school, with an Outstanding Ofsted report across all areas (March 2025)

Location: Solihull, Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: April 2026
Salary: DOE, pro-rata

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching the British Curriculum.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management and communication skills.
• Passion for education.
• Ability to be flexible.

Day to Day:

• Planning and delivering high‑quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
• Working closely with TAs and other support staff
• Monitoring and analysing pupil progress
• Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and guardians
• Contributing to pupil and staff school life, planning, and events
