Zest Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (L3 TA) to provide full-time support in a primary school in Burton-upon-Trent. This is a maternity cover position, starting as soon as possible, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom.
This role is perfect for an experienced TA who thrives on supporting children’s learning and development while working as part of a supportive school team.
Full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant covering a maternity leave
Supporting pupils across the classroom and small group interventions
Delivering tailored learning activities under teacher guidance
Assisting with planning, preparation, and classroom management
Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of supporting children in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
Experience with one-to-one and small group support
Excellent communication and team-working skills
A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to children
Ability to start ASAP
