We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Bank Staff to work across reputable early‑years settings in the Dudley area, including Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill and nearby communities.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of early‑years development and safeguarding
  • A nurturing, professional approach to supporting children
  • Reliability, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Role Overview

As Bank Staff, you will help create safe, stimulating and inclusive environments that support children’s learning and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily routines within the nursery
  • Engaging children in purposeful play and learning
  • Working collaboratively with established nursery teams
  • Upholding high standards of care, safety and early‑years practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
