SEN Teacher – Stoke-on-Trent

Start Date: ASAPAre you a passionate, dedicated, and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding new role in Stoke-on-Trent? We are working with a supportive and well‑resourced SEN school seeking an inspiring educator to join their team after the Easter break.

Role Responsibilities

As the SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider SEN team
  • Create a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment
  • Use tailored strategies to help pupils achieve personal and academic goals
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and professionals

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from teachers with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience working in an SEN, PRU, or alternative provision setting (highly desirable)
  • Strong behaviour management and a compassionate approach
  • The ability to adapt, differentiate, and personalise learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
