Qualified KS1 Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is delighted to be supporting a nurturing, community‑minded primary school in the Shirley area, who are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Qualified KS1 Teacher to join their team.

This role is ideal for a teacher who loves inspiring younger learners and can create engaging, well‑structured lessons that build strong foundations across the KS1 curriculum. The school is known for its supportive ethos, positive leadership, and commitment to helping every child flourish both academically and personally.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS, PGCE or ECT
  • At least 3 months of classroom experience within a primary setting
  • Confidence in planning, delivering, and assessing learning in line with KS1 expectations
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children’s early development and fostering a love of learning
