Reception Teacher – Cradley Heath 

Start Date: September 2026 Location: Cradley Heath Contract: Full‑time

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our warm and supportive EYFS team from September 2026. This full‑time role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about early learning and committed to giving children the strongest possible start to their education.

You will lead a Reception class within a well‑resourced EYFS environment, delivering high‑quality teaching and fostering a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging EYFS teaching aligned with the EYFS Framework
  • Plan creative, child‑centred learning experiences
  • Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform planning
  • Create a stimulating, well‑organised classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and support staff
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils

About You

You will be someone who:

  • Holds QTS and has experience teaching in EYFS
  • Understands the EYFS Framework and child development
  • Is warm, patient and committed to child‑led learning
  • Brings creativity, enthusiasm and a positive approach
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team
  • Is passionate about helping children flourish
