Zest Education is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lichfield. This is a full-time opportunity starting after October half term, offering the chance to become a valued member of a supportive and ambitious school community.
The school is looking for a proactive and committed Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality support across the primary age range while helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities may include delivering targeted interventions, supporting small groups, working with individual pupils, and helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in promoting pupil confidence, independence, and engagement while contributing positively to the wider school community.
