Zest Education work with several secondary schools in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECT’s) to start ASAP. Roles required include day to day cover and short-term or long-term placements depending on what you are looking for.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
• A strong passion for his/her subjects and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
• A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
• The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (planning and marking only for short/long term placements).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Good time management and ICT skills
