Supply Teachers (Part-Time)

Zest Education have the pleasure of working with with secondary schools in Wolverhampton who have a high demand for part time Supply Teachers. The roles we have available are to start ASAP where you can choose the days you would like to work.

Supply Teaching gives you the opportunity to experience different schools, offering you variety and the chance to work with a range of ages. Supply work is flexible to work around your commitments and you can even help you find a permanent role.

The ideal applicant will have:

• A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS.
• A strong passion for several subjects and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4.
• A team ethos and the ability to be a part of a strong team environment.
• The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (with planning and marking only for short/long term placements).
• Supervise and monitor the behaviour of pupils to ensure a positive learning environment
• Good time management and ICT skills.
• The ability to deal with any immediate issues that may occur and handle them in line with the schools policies and procedures

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
