Zest Education have close working relationships with several schools in South Staffordshire who need Early Career Teachers. We offer short-term and long-term roles to start in the new academic year (September 2023). The areas we cover include Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton on Trent, Rugeley, Cannock and Burntwood.
We can provide you with the local knowledge of schools in your area, allowing you to try out different secondary schools before committing to your ECT induction year.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
