Teaching Assistant.

Zest Education are thrilled to be working alongside a lovely special educational needs school in Lichfield. They are looking for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a difference to children’s lives.
The school itself caters for children from the age of 2-19 with physical disabilities and complex medical needs. The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting individuals with SEND.
All class sizes are small throughout this school with a maximum of 7 students in each class. You may be required to support the students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Due to this reason, it is important that you are flexible and can engage with different learning needs.
This role is a full-time position and is due to begin September 2023. You must be able to work the hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
