Zest Education are seeking a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs at a welcoming primary school in Hodge Hill.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey while working in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child with specific learning needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement support plans
Foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere
Support classroom activities and maintain engagement throughout the day
Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
A patient, empathetic, and consistent approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
