Zest Education is recruiting a full‑time 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a non‑verbal child in the Early Years at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Lichfield. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to supporting children with additional needs.
The role begins in September 2026 and is perfect for a patient, nurturing and dedicated individual who can provide consistent, compassionate support to help a young learner thrive.
You will work on a 1:1 basis with a non‑verbal Early Years child, helping them access learning, develop communication skills and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. You may also assist with small‑group activities when appropriate.
This role requires someone who is calm, intuitive and able to adapt their approach to meet the child’s individual needs.
