Roles and Responsibilities:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to a student with specific learning needs. This may involve assisting with academic tasks, implementing educational strategies, and promoting social and emotional development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the classroom teacher, parents, and other professionals to ensure the student’s progress and well-being.

Requirements for Successful Candidate:
– Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies for supporting students
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
– A genuine passion for education and making a difference in students’ lives

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
