Are you a dedicated and passionate individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a 1-1 Teaching Assistant? Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and resilient candidate to join a challenging primary school on the outskirts of Walsall. This role is to start in October 2024.
As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to support the pupils who require additional 1-1 support. Your role will involve working closely with the pupils in EYFS providing them with the necessary guidance and assistance they need to thrive academically and emotionally.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the children on a 1-1 basis as well as helping other pupils in the class. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be collaborating with the classroom teacher, parents, and other professionals involved in the students’ education.

The pay for this role will start at £80 a day for the right candidate, dependent on references and experience.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
