Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated SEN team at a primary school located in Leamington Spa.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a five-year-old child with Autism (ASC), providing tailored support to help them thrive in a classroom setting. This role is full-time and due to begin ASAP, offering you the chance to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or hold relevant qualifications in education or childcare. You will need to be proactive, patient, and have excellent communication skills to build engaging relationships with small groups of children.
