Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a delightful school in Castle Bromwich to fill the position of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. The role is full-time and requires an immediate start.
Situated in the heart of Castle Bromwich, our partnered school is renowned for its warm and welcoming community atmosphere. With a dedicated and passionate team of educators, the school offers a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic excellence and personal growth.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant at this esteemed school, the successful candidate will work closely with an individual student to provide tailored academic and pastoral support. Key responsibilities include assisting the student with their learning activities, observing and reporting on progress, implementing interventions when necessary, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
– Relevant experience in supporting students in an educational setting

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
