Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in partnership with a lovely school in Stechford. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and support their educational journey.

Roles and Requirements:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with a specific student to provide individualized support and assistance. Responsibilities may include:
– Implementing personalized learning plans
– Supporting the student in academic and social activities
– Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the teacher
– Collaborating with the school’s SENCO and other staff members to ensure the student’s needs are met
The ideal candidate will possess:
– Relevant experience working with children or young people
– A passion for education and a desire to make a difference
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– The ability to adapt to the needs of individual students

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
