Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil at a welcoming primary school in Burton. This part-time Teaching Assistant role is perfect for someone with experience supporting children individually, particularly those with SEN or additional needs.
Location: Burton
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Part-Time, Every Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support in the classroom.
Assist with learning, social skills, and personal development.
Support the class teacher with lessons and resources.
Encourage engagement, independence, and positive behaviour.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally 1:1 support.
Experience with SEN pupils is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and strong teamwork skills.
