Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a charming school in Stafford to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year.

Roles and Requirements of Successful Candidate:

– Provide one-to-one support to a student based on their individual needs and learning goals.
– Assist in implementing personalized learning plans and strategies to support the student’s progress.
– Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
– Monitor and track the student’s progress, providing feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders.
– Experience working in an educational setting or with children is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
– Relevant qualifications in education or child development would be advantageous.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
