We are looking for an inspiring and creative Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive start or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge, our school offers a community where your impact is truly valued.
As a Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a primary cohort, sparking curiosity and maintaining high standards of achievement through innovative lesson delivery.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or PGCE): A mandatory requirement for this role.
Classroom Experience: You must have a proven track record of teaching within a primary school setting (placements included for ECTs).
Curriculum Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EYFS, KS1, or KS2 National Curriculum.
Ambition: Someone who isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table and lead by example.
Commitment: A teacher who views education as more than just a job, but a pathway to changing lives.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to ensure inclusive support for all students.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s progress.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities or subject leadership (for experienced candidates).
Tailored Support: Dedicated mentorship for ECTs and leadership pathways for experienced staff.
Resources: Modern classrooms equipped with the latest educational technology.
Wellbeing: A leadership team that prioritizes staff mental health and manageable marking policies.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
