We’re recruiting for a teacher who will benefit for a long-term role starting in October 2023. The position will be a full class teaching role at a popular school in Redditch working with an extremely well-behaved Y3 class. The role will involve full planning and assessment responsibilities but will also allow sufficient PPA time, alongside an experienced TA to support within the class.
The school is a well sought-after primary which has most recently been recognised as ‘outstanding’ and is part of a wonderful local community. The school benefits from an extremely supportive SLT and boasts good behaviour across all year groups.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold valid UK QTS
- Be proficient in literacy and numeracy
- Demonstrate a passion for education and safeguarding
- Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Be creative and resourceful with your delivery and planning
- Have a sound understanding of the KS2 Curriculum
The role will be full time, from October 2023, with a handover day prior to the start day. The role will be continuing until the end of the academic year 2024, with potential of turning permanent for the right candidate; candidates who apply must be able to commit to the entirety of the role.
