Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to join a primary school in Rugby.
This role is due to begin ASAP and will be full-time. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide essential support to students and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
– Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons
– Providing one-on-one support to students with additional needs
– Supporting group activities and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
– Monitoring student progress and communicating any concerns to the teacher
– Contributing to the overall well-being and development of students
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education and a passion for working with children. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to connect with young learners are essential qualities for this role. While previous experience in a classroom setting is beneficial, we welcome applications from candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
