Zest Education is thrilled to partner with a fantastic school in West Bromwich in their search for an Early Career Teacher to become part of their dynamic team on a full-time basis. The school are looking for a Early Career Teacher to join their team from January 2025 until at least July 2025 on a full time basis.

To be successful within this role you must:
– Valid teaching certification or license (QTS Status or equivalent)
– Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning best practices in education
– Enthusiasm for building positive relationships with students and fostering a supportive learning environment
– Prior experience working with primary aged children within a education based setting

Your role within the school will include the below responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices
– Monitor and assess student progress to provide valuable feedback for improvement
– Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all students

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
