Zest Education is currently recruiting a full-time Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic KS1 teacher looking for a full class teaching role, starting after the Easter break and continuing until the end of the academic year.

📚 The Role – KS1 Teacher

The school is seeking a passionate and confident Year 1 or Year 2 teacher who can take full responsibility for a class. This KS1 teaching job in Atherstone involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and supporting children’s academic and social development in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full class teacher responsibilities for a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year 2)

  • Planning and delivering engaging Key Stage 1 lessons across all curriculum areas

  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, supporting interventions where needed

  • Preparing pupils for Key Stage 1 assessments (SATs) where applicable

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

  • Collaborating with teaching assistants and school staff to ensure high-quality education

To be considered for this KS1 teaching job in Atherstone, you should:
