Zest Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to work within schools in Staffordshire.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, providing them with the support they need to thrive in an educational setting. You will be working on a 1:1 basis, ensuring that each child receives personalised attention and assistance tailored to their specific requirements.

You must hold a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare. This will demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of early years education and the ability to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for children with special educational needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
