Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position starting in September at a reputable school in Rednal. This exciting opportunity is open to teaching a Year 1, 2, or 3 class and will be determined based on a successful application.
The school, known for its strong academic standing and commitment to student achievement, boasts a welcoming 2-form entry setup with ample outdoor learning spaces. Supported by an enthusiastic and caring Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the ideal candidate will thrive in this collaborative environment.
We are looking for an ECT who is confident, creative, and deeply passionate about education. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of the national curriculum, a strong work ethic, and exhibit reliability, dedication, and compassion in their teaching approach.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
