Zest Education is now searching for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a team of dedicated educators in Redditch. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious ECT to become part of our supportive and engaging environment starting in September 2025.
In this role, you will have the privilege of teaching a Year 4 class in a highly respected school in Redditch known for its commitment to academic excellence and student advancement. The school features a welcoming 2-form entry setup with vast outdoor learning spaces, providing an enriching atmosphere that values creativity and teamwork.
With the backing of a compassionate and dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will have the chance to flourish and develop as an educator. We are looking for an ECT who not only possesses a solid understanding of the national curriculum but also brings a fresh perspective, innovation, and a genuine passion for teaching to the forefront. Your dedication, dependability, and caring approach to education will align perfectly with our values and ethos.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
