About the Role

  • Full‑time Executive Headteacher position
  • Leading across two maintained nursery schools
  • Working closely with the Head of School, Senior Leadership Team, Nursery Lead Teachers, governors, parents and the local authority
  • Driving high‑quality early years provision and safeguarding excellence
  • Strengthening community partnerships and family engagement
  • Leading with integrity, vision and a child‑centred approach
  • Ensuring staff wellbeing, professional development and a positive culture remain central to the federation’s ethos

Based across two nursery schools within the Atherstone and Bedworth Heath area, easily accessible from Nuneaton, Coventry, Tamworth, Hinckley and surrounding regions.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
