Are you on the hunt for a new challenge, Zest has just the opportunity for you. Zest is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher based in a lovely school in Wolverhampton . The school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is known for its inclusive and supportive environment that fosters academic excellence and personal development.
The primary school in Wolverhampton is a vibrant and thriving educational institution, catering to a diverse community of students. With a dedicated staff, modern facilities, and a strong emphasis on promoting holistic growth, the school provides a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted reflects the school’s commitment to high standards of education and care for its students.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of nursery-aged children.
– Create a safe and supportive learning environment where all children feel valued and respected.
– Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote effective communication and partnerships in education.
– Implement a curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners.
– Maintain accurate records of children’s achievements, and behaviour.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching certification.
– Experience working with children aged 3-5 in an educational setting.
– Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early years education.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
– A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team environment.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
