Are you an experienced and passionate teacher looking for a new opportunity? Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time teacher to join our team in Balsall Heath, starting after February half term. This position is within the EYFS reception class and offers a long-term position.
As a full-time teacher, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality education and support to the reception class. You will play a crucial role in their development and academic progress. Therefore, we are ideally looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role. To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, engaging, and creative in your teaching methods. We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate young minds, creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and preparing engaging lessons, utilising a variety of resources to create a stimulating learning environment. You will also assist in writing reports and attending pupil progress meetings, ensuring effective communication with parents and colleagues.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
