Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have a Level 2 qualification in childcare or a related field? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Primary Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary team at a reputable school in the Cannock area.

As an EYFS Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children aged 3-5 years. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

Requirements:
– Level 2 qualification in childcare or a relevant field
– Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of each child
– Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and parents when necessary
– Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
