Roles and Responsibilities:

– Supporting the EYFS class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
– Providing one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs
– Assisting in the planning and preparation of educational materials
– Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

– Relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting
– A passion for supporting the development and well-being of young learners
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team
– Relevant qualifications in childcare or education would be advantageous

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
