Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Brownhills, starting in September 2024.

The primary school is a lovely school located in Brownhills where attainment and achievement levels are consistently increasing. The school nurture, inspire and educate our children in a happy, safe and supportive learning environment where emotional well-being, rounded education and striving for excellence are at the centre of everything they do.

– Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
– Assist with classroom management and student behavior
– Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support
– Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the needs of all students
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to the class teacher

– Minimum Level 2 qualification or above in a relevant subject
– Recent experience working in a classroom environment
– A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s learning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate students

This position is a maternity cover role, which offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic development of young learners until the end of the academic year.
