Job Description

A vacancy for a Teacher has arisen within a Multi Academy Trust that Zest Education work exclusively with. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join a primary school in Lichfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and become a key figure in the school which sits at the heart of a community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to support the pupils in EYFS or Year 1.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is necessary
  • Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, and caring approach to primary education.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
