Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dynamic and dedicated full-time cover teacher to join our team at a vibrant primary school in the Longbridge area of south Birmingham. As a cover teacher in this bustling 3-form entry school, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils from nursery through to Year 6, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with a proactive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and benefit from excellent on-site facilities. We are looking for an adaptable, approachable, and proactive individual who can maintain high standards throughout the school. The role involves covering PPA and leadership sessions, as well as providing support with planning and filling in where necessary.
This position is for the first half of the spring term (Jan – February half term 2025), with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. If you are passionate about education and ready to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
