Zest are working with a school in Erdington who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 teacher to join the dynamic team. As a full-time KS1 teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in teaching KS1.
– Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
– Commitment to continuous professional development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
