Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tamworth. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years setting, starting as soon as possible.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting young learners during a crucial stage of their development. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Support teaching and learning within the Early Years classroom
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed
• Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
✅ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (essential)
✅ Experience working within Early Years or a primary school setting
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A nurturing and proactive approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
